We are seeking a highly capable Front of House Workshop Manager on behalf of a respected, family-run business located in Norwich.

This Workshop Manager position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with automotive industry experience to assume a leadership role within a supportive environment.

The successful Workshop Manager will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the smooth running of workshop operations.

Duties:

• Manage the front of house operations to ensure top-quality customer service
• Oversee workshop workflows and daily operations
• Coordinate between the service department and customers for seamless communication
• Supervise, support, and develop workshop staff
• Maintain high standards of quality and workshop performance
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and workshop procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar automotive industry role, preferably within workshop management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Knowledge of workshop procedures, customer service standards, and health and safety compliance
• A proactive approach to workshop management and problem-solving
