Are you a Year 4 Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent?

I'm Ethan from Aspire People, and I work closely with multiple MATs and primary schools across North Staffordshire, supporting them with their teaching recruitment needs.

The schools I work with are looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Previous experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4

Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum

Confident classroom and behaviour management

Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons

Strong communication skills

A positive and committed approach to teaching
