As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of client accounts, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional service. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, oversee projects, and ensure clients receive innovative solutions that support their business objectives.

This is a head office-based role, working from our client's offices in Leicester.

Ideal Requirement for the Account Manager

• At least one year's experience in an Account Management (or similar) position.
• Previous experience managing customer relationships within sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, distribution, or other B2B environments is desirable.
• At least a 2:1 degree qualification.
• A genuine interest in healthcare and e-commerce.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects effectively.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to identify opportunities for account growth.

Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and delivering value-added solutions.
• Produce insightful reports and performance reviews, providing clients with data-driven recommendations and strategic updates.
• Monitor account performance, resolve customer issues proactively, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
