Engineering @ 365 are working with a fast-paced and forward-thinking manufacturer that is experiencing steady growth. As demand continues to rise, they are seeking two reliable and hands-on Assembly Operatives to join their busy production team.

Job Overview:
This is a great opportunity to join a hands-on assembly team in a structured, production environment. You will assist with the assembly and finishing of specialist products, starting on one build and progressing through others as your skills develop. This role is ideal for someone with a practical background who takes pride in producing high-quality work to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the assembly team.
• Assembly and finishing of specialist products.
• Using hand and power tools.
• Trimming and finishing work.
• Working to timed production targets.
• Progressing through a range of product builds.

Experience and Characteristics Required:

• Good attention to detail.
• Must have a valid drivers license and use of a car
• Experience in a practical, manual environment.
• Hand and power tool experience is desirable.
• Ability to work to timed targets in a busy production environment.
• Able to use your own initiative, but follow instructions closely.
• Reliable, with a good attendance record.
• Looking for a long-term role with the company.
