Business Development Manager - Air & Sea

Manchester | £45,000 - £55,000 Basic + Car Benefit + Exceptional Commission

Are you an ambitious Air & Sea freight sales professional looking for genuine autonomy, uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to build your own customer portfolio?

We're working with a well-established and growing international freight business looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Manchester operation.

• £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary, depending on experience

• Initially 2 days per week in the Manchester office

About you

• Proven Air & Sea freight forwardingexperience
• Strong new business / freight sales background
• Genuine hunter mentality and commercial drive
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated by winning new business and building long-term relationships
• Operations professionals who have successfully moved into sales are encouraged to apply

Road-only freight experience will not be suitable.
