Our client, a prestigious automotive retailer in Leicester, is seeking a highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join their reputable dealership.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process from initial enquiry to handover
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
• Prospect for new business opportunities through telephone follow-up, events, and outreach activities
• Maintain accurate customer records within enquiry management systems
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with manufacturer training
• Recommend appropriate finance, insurance, and add-on products to customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Achieve and surpass personal and team sales targets

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the motor trade or comparable industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a motivated and proactive approach to sales
• Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused manner
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Full UK Driving Licence
