About the Role
Our client is a well-established UK facilities management and construction organisation providing maintenance and engineering services across a varied portfolio of commercial sites.

This is a field-based role involving the servicing, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial catering equipment, ensuring customers' equipment remains safe, compliant and fully operational.
The Role

- Completing planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs
- Installing and commissioning catering equipment
- Carrying out fault finding and identifying the most appropriate repair
- Ordering and sourcing replacement parts where required
- Keeping customers informed and providing advice on equipment use and maintenance
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate job records
- Working safely and in line with relevant legislation and company procedures
- Supporting colleagues and junior engineers where required
About You
We're looking for an experienced commercial catering engineer with a strong practical understanding of servicing and maintaining catering equipment.
Essential:

- A recognised gas qualification
- Previous experience servicing and repairing commercial catering equipment

- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Desirable:
- Electrical qualification or relevant electrical experience
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
