Elevated&Co is currently recruiting experienced Children’s Support Workers to support children and young people with complex healthcare needs within their own homes and community settings.

We are looking for reliable, compassionate and confident Children’s Support Workers who have previous care experience and are comfortable providing one-to-one support to children and young people.

About the Children’s Support Worker role

As a Children’s Mental Health assistant, you may support children and young people with needs including:

• Autism and learning disabilities
• Epilepsy and seizure management
• PEG / enteral feeding
• Medication support
• Personal care
• Moving & handling
• Behavioural and emotional support
• Complex physical health needs
• Supporting children within their family home and community

Requirements

✅ Relevant experience 
✅ Previous experience supporting children or young people preferred
✅ Complex care experience highly desirable
✅ Enhanced DBS – Update Service preferred
✅ Right to Work in the UK
✅ Able to provide professional references
✅ Willing to complete required compliance and training
✅ Reliable and able to commit to agreed shifts

We would particularly like to hear from workers with previous experience in complex care, community care, children’s services or one-to-one support.
