Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Children’s Residential Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to needs of children with EBD, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, management skills, and a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable young people. The Registered Manager will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and promote continuous improvement within the home.
