Job description
Class 1 HGV DriverPertemps have long term stable work for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work for our client based out of East Midlands Gateway where they pay daily OT rates. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work to other company sites, NDC's and RDC's. This is clean work with no handball and presents long term work for Class 1 HGV Drivers. There will be opportunities to be taken on permanent as well should that be a pathway you'd like to explore.
Shift Patterns / Working Hours Available:
+ Days - Monday to Friday
The successful Class 1 Driver will:+ Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months
+ Have a valid tacho and DQC card
+ Have a positive can do attitude
Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:+ Trunking goods around the UK - No handball
+ Trailer swaps and backloads
You will receive:
+ Days - £16.95 per hour
+ Days OT after 9.6 hours daily - £25.43 per hour
+ 6th Shift - £25.43 per hour
