  • Maintain and develop accessible resources to support programme delivery.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of neurodivergent needs across the Fife community.
  • Work collaboratively to identify, respond to and meet the needs of children, young people and families.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage workloads to ensure safe, high-quality practice.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Professional experience in Early Years and/or Youth Work.
  • Skilled in engaging children and young people, including through play-based approaches.
  • Strong understanding of autism and neurodivergence across the lifespan.
  • Experience supporting individuals in complex or distressing situations.
  • Excellent listening skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to turn complex information into practical, accessible advice.
  • Confident delivering support to a range of audiences, including children, families and professionals.
