As a Customer Service Advisor, your day will revolve around helping customers with their queries and ensuring they have a smooth shopping experience. You'll play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of the business.

A leading business in their sector, our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Nottingham team.

Description

• Deliver empathetic, high‑quality support across multi-channels, phone, email etc.
• Supporting high volume customer contact, i.e. 50 calls per day.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, confident solutions.
• Take ownership of queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet KPIs while keeping customer outcomes at the heart of every interaction.
• Use de‑escalation techniques to manage challenging conversations.

Please note: this role will be fully office based and includes different working patterns between 08:30am - 18:30pm across Mon - Sun, for example, 08:45am - 17:00pm.

You will enjoy two full weekends off in the month.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, i.e. contact centre, retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to help others.
• A positive attitude and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Can commit to an immediate start fixed term contract.
