Customer Service Executive
Office-Based | Full-Time
Location: Coalville

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join their friendly office-based team.
Working within a small, supportive customer service department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, handling enquiries, and providing administrative support to the wider sales team.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers.
• Answer incoming calls, providing information, processing orders, resolving queries, and directing calls where required.
• Accurately process customer orders within the ERP system.
• Manage a shared inbox, ensuring customer emails are responded to within agreed service levels.
• Handle returns, credits, and associated administration.
• Resolve transport and delivery-related customer enquiries, providing effective solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services where appropriate.
• Produce and maintain KPI reports.
• Prioritise and manage your own workload while supporting colleagues as needed.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Coordinators, Internal Sales Representatives, and Regional Sales Managers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via live web chat.
