Are you an experienced Document Controller with 4 Projects (4P) package experience looking for your next opportunity?

Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Document Controller to join their project team, managing project information and documentation through the Common Data Environment (CDE).

4 Projects (4P) package experience is essential for this role.

• Manage project documentation across Viewpoint and other CDE/digital platforms.
• Ensure documents are correctly named, version controlled, approved and distributed.
• Maintain document registers, trackers and databases.
• Upload and issue drawings, specifications, reports and project deliverables.
• Support compliance with ISO 19650 and company procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Assist with project administration and digital construction processes.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready document trails.

• Essential: Previous experience using the 4 Projects (4P) package.
• Previous Document Control experience within construction, civil engineering or the built environment.
• Experience working with a CDE; Viewpoint experience is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of ISO 19650, document workflows and version control.
• Strong IT, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be able to drive and have access to a car.
