Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Contracts Manager looking to take the next step in your career?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and growing electrical compliance contractor. This is a key leadership role within the Electrical Operations team, managing multiple commercial contracts and overseeing field-based engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with compliance standards, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Essential:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18 or later)
Electrical Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent)

Desirable:
Experience delivering EICRs, emergency lighting, thermal imaging and remedial works
Previous experience within commercial electrical compliance environments

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing a team of field-based engineers and acting as the day-to-day operational lead
• Overseeing the delivery of multiple electrical compliance contracts from start to finish
• Liaising with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitoring project progress through regular site visits and reporting on completed works
• Managing labour allocation, materials, and overall contract requirements
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and implementing improvements
• Attending client meetings to discuss project performance and requirements
• Supporting estimating through site surveys
• Providing technical support and problem-solving assistance to engineers
• Ensuring all works comply with BS 7671, Electricity at Work Regulations, and relevant codes of practice
• Supporting the delivery of EICRs, emergency lighting testing, and remedial works
• Assisting with HR-related matters, including performance and disciplinary processes where required

Requirements

As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will also be expected to:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
• Deliver excellent customer service across all client interactions
• Work independently and use initiative to resolve issues
• Travel to various sites as required
