Job Title - Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location - Woodville, Derbyshire

Salary - Up to £47,000

Shift - 4 on / 5 off / 5 on / 4 off Shift Pattern

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

BRAND NEW exciting opportunity has just arisen for a motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at a well-established industrial manufacturing company based in the Woodville, Derbyshire area. This company has continued to invest heavily into their factory, installing new machinery and improving production efficiency across the site.

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be required to cover planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and electrical breakdowns across a range of industrial production machinery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join a stable business offering excellent training, development, and long-term career progression.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory environment

Essential Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within the UK
• Experience working with PLCs and the ability to fault find would be advantageous
• Experience working on conveyors, motors, drives, and automated machinery
