This role
Fixed Term Contract for 6 months based in Beeston
As our Employee Relations Manager, you'll provide expert, practical advice and guidance on complex employment matters across MTVH. You'll be the technical escalation point for our People Advisors and Assistants, helping the team deliver high-quality, timely case management in line with our policies, service standards, KPIs and UK employment legislation.
You'll build trusted relationships across the People Team and wider organisation, coaching managers and colleagues through complex and high-risk cases. This will include ACAS, Employment Tribunal and TUPE matters, organisational change and restructures. When needed, you'll lead individual cases and work closely with Heads of People, external legal providers, Payroll colleagues and trade union representatives to identify risks and achieve fair, well-reasoned outcomes.
You'll oversee the Case Management Tracker and regular reporting, using case trends and external developments to recommend policy and process improvements, practical guidance and learning interventions. This is an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with coaching, collaboration and continuous improvement while role-modelling our values of Care, Dare, Collaborate and Own.
