A leading provider of testing, inspection, investigation and consultancy services, supporting projects from initial ground investigation through to technical testing and reporting, is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join the team. Based near Nottingham, this Geotechnical Engineer position will offer a varied and hands-on role combining site, laboratory and technical responsibilities.

The role

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be involved in geotechnical investigation and testing activities, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and in accordance with relevant industry standards. You'll manage and interpret technical data, maintain high-quality records and reports, and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients across a varied project portfolio.

This Geotechnical Engineer role will involve a combination of office, laboratory and site-based work, with projects across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Requirements

To be considered for this Geotechnical Engineer opportunity, you should have:

• Relevant geotechnical or ground engineering experience

• Knowledge of site and laboratory testing methods

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A full UK driving licence

• Full right to work in the UK

• The ability to live in or near Noittingham
