An opportunity to shape quality, drive change and influence the future of manufacturing.Owen Daniels are working with a leading manufacturing business looking to appoint an accomplished Head of Quality to take ownership of its quality function and play a pivotal role in the business's next phase of growth.
This is far more than a business-as-usual Quality role. With exciting new product launches, strategic projects and ongoing business transformation on the agenda, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact at both operational and board level.
The Role
As Head of Quality, you'll lead the quality strategy, drive continuous improvement and ensure the business consistently delivers against the highest standards. You'll take the lead on quality delivery across new product launches, ensuring robust processes, compliance and quality standards are embedded from the outset.
You'll also work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to influence business strategy, strengthen quality performance and build a culture where quality is at the heart of everything.
About You
We're looking for a credible, commercially minded Quality leader who can combine strategic thinking with the ability to get things done.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in a senior Quality leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- A strong track record of leading and developing Quality teams.
- Experience supporting new product introductions, launches and complex projects.
- A solid understanding of quality systems, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- The ability to influence at senior level, challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.
