A permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join an established roofing and cladding business based in Northumberland. This is a key role responsible for maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance across the organisation and its projects.

An established and reputable roofing and cladding contractor operating across the construction sector, with a strong focus on quality, safety and professional standards.

The Health & Safety Manager will take responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures. The role will involve site visits, risk assessments, audits, inspections, incident investigations and providing guidance to management and site teams to ensure compliance with current legislation and industry best practice.

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety management role, ideally within roofing, cladding or construction.

• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and construction regulations.

• Experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments and investigations.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with site and management teams.
