Pay Rate: £14.24 – £28.48 per hour

Are you a dedicated Healthcare Assistant with experience supporting individuals living with dementia and other health conditions? We’re recruiting compassionate and reliable HCAs to work across nursing and residential settings in Tonypandy. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to residents
• Support residents with dementia care in a person-centred way
• Use manual handling equipment safely and appropriately (training can be provided)
• Assist with care plans and promote resident wellbeing
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, dignity, and safety

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
• Experience using manual handling equipment in a live environment (or willingness to be trained)
• A caring, patient, and professional approach
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to deliver holistic, therapeutic care to people with dementia
