The Role

Are you confident speaking to customers and enjoy helping people find the right products?

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inbound Telephone Sales Advisors to join the team in Loughborough.

You’ll be speaking to customers who have already shown an interest in products by visiting the website. You’ll understand what each customer is looking for, recommend the right products and services, and support them through the purchasing process.

Whether you already have sales or customer service experience, or you’re looking to start a career in sales, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Working Hours

You’ll work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm
• One weekend shift every two weeks, working 9:00am – 5:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.
• Building rapport and understanding each customer’s individual needs whilst recommending the most suitable products and solutions.
• Explaining product features, benefits, pricing and available options.
• Guiding customers through the sales journey from enquiry to purchase.
• Processing payments and assisting customers with credit applications and finance options.
• Providing an excellent customer experience.
• Working towards and achieving sales and performance targets.
• Keeping customer information accurate and up to date across multiple systems.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided.
