Rate: £24 per hour (9 hours per day)

Joiner - Large-Scale Industrial Refurbishment

I'm working with a refurbishment contractor delivering a large-scale industrial refurbishment project and are looking to appoint an experienced joiner to join the team.

The role will be predominantly 2nd-fix joinery, working alongside other trades to help keep the project on programme and to a high standard.

The Role:

• Carrying out 2nd-fix Joinery works across the industrial refurbishment
• Installing doors, frames, skirting, architraves, ironmongery, and other joinery items
• Completing finishing and snagging works as required
• Working from drawings and specifications
• Coordinating with other trades on site
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a joiner/carpenter, particularly 2nd-fix
• Previous experience on commercial or industrial refurbishment projects preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
• Good attention to detail and quality of finish
• CSCS card required
• Own tools and PPE required
