Level 3 Teaching Assistant - NurseryLocation: Leicester
Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Pay rate: £105 per day
Aspire People have partnered with a nursery in Leicester to recruit a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will support the learning, development and wellbeing of young children, helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with nursery staff to support children's early development and ensure they feel happy, settled and supported throughout the day.
This is a full-time, five-day-a-week position based in one nursery, offering the opportunity to become a familiar and consistent member of the team and build positive relationships with both children and staff.
The successful candidate must:
Hold a recognised Level 3 childcare or Early Years qualification.
Have a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Be patient, caring and enthusiastic, with a positive approach to learning through play.
Be reliable, responsible and able to work well as part of a team.
Help maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment.
