Salary: £38,000 + Overtime + Pension + Exstensive Training 

Location: Coalville
Shifts: 4's and 5's days and nights

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by strong Maintenance Assistant has come to the forefront. This is going to be any engineer’s dream to work in this state-of-the-art, fully automated, fast-paced factory. They have recently invested into the site and it's a great place to work for any maintenance Assisatant who wants to develop their career both technically and/or into management.

This is an excellent oppurtunity for someone at the earlier part of their career who has completed their engineering qualifications and is now looking to put that into practice and get teh hands on experience they are looking for. You will be working alongside a highly skilled experienced engineering team who will be mentoring you each day with an end goal of you moving up into a technician role.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Engineering Qualifications

Requirements for the Maintenance Assistant.

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements for the Maintenance Assistant.

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
