To build and maintain a good working knowledge of MAE and equipment maintenance techniques, company products and services, and working practices, to perform all the tasks required in the role efficiently and effectively.

Identifying and eliminate root cause of unplanned downtime
Completing, to a high standard any planned works, Any follow-up works required
Identify any known / common issues / faults on MAE, with possible solutions
Identifying and eliminating waste through planned activities
Contributing to the setting of systems, procedures and work standards ensuring that they fit and/or enhance with others used in the business
Good working knowledge of CNC and general engineering machinery
Qualifications
ONC/HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant experience
Conversant in Microsoft office products
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety issues
Flexibility/Adaptability.
Strong Communication Skills.
Team player who demonstrates a high level of initiative.
Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
Enthusiastic, flexible approach with a willingness to learn
