Mechanical Project Manager required for a successful and secure client in Nottingham. You will drive projects up to £5m commercial, residential and industrial 

This Mechanical Project Manager needs to be a strong leader who can deliver full HVAC installation projects. Adhering to building regulations and delivers to a high quality and standards. Opportunity for further career progression.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Project delivery, full support to the Director
• Project Management 
• Budget control
• Health and Safety, Building Safety
• Quality Assurance
• Commissioning and Handover
• Design and Technical management , BIM, Sustainability

Experience Required

• Proven track record of managing projects to completion
• Valid experience as a Mechanical Project Manager minimum 5 years
• CSCS
• SMSTS

Salary / Benefits

• £60,000 - £65,000
• 1 day wfh
