Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate and maintain various machinery with precision
• Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently
• Conduct quality control checks to uphold our high standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in an FMCG environment
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
• Technical and mechanical aptitude to understand machinery
• A reliable work ethic with a commitment to quality
• Excellent teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative setting

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Certification in machine operation or related fields
• Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

Technologies:

• Familiarity with various FMCG machinery
• Knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting
