Production Operative
Location: Hinckley
Pay Rate: £14.63 PM Shift: Mon-Fri 16:00pm – 00:00am

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering long-term opportunities and the potential for a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

You will play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment
• Assembling products and components to specification
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Reporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Willingness to learn and be trained on different processes
