Project Manager – AutomationMidlands Based with some UK wide travel
8 Weeks Minnimum Contract - Immediate start
£450 - £550 a day - Inside IR35
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale automation and intralogistics projects across multiple UK sites in the midlands.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of automation projects
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and engineers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to spec
- Oversee installation, commissioning & handover
- Act as the key point of contact across stakeholders
- Proven experience managing automation / material handling projects
- Background in warehouse automation, conveyors, or sortation systems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of health & safety on-site
- Willingness to travel across UK sites
- Large-scale distribution or fulfilment projects
- Experience with major automation providers
