 Quantity Surveyor (Fit out / Drylining)

Market Harborough | £55,000 - £70,000

Great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a drylining/interiors background to join a growing specialist contractor and play a key role in the business.

The Role

• Manage interior fit out and drylining projects up to £2m
• Site measures, variations and valuations
• Payment applications and CVRs
• Attend site meetings and complete final accounts
• Work closely with the Director and senior operational team
• Opportunity to grow with the business and build a team in time

What's on Offer

• £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary
• Bonus up to 20% of salary
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays

About You

• 10 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Drylining, interiors or subcontractor background
• Strong commercial and IT skills
• Full UK driving licence
