The Results People are looking for a Recruitment Consultant based on site in Hinckley supporting our clients and their operations.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.

What We Offer:

• £30,090 per annum + bonus

• Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management to understand recruitment and staffing needs.

• Source candidates through LogicMelon, CV databases, online platforms, and recruitment open days.

• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.

• Handle recruitment administration, candidate registrations, and accurate record-keeping.

• Ensure timely placements and full compliance with recruitment requirements.

About You:

• Motivated, proactive, and passionate about recruitment.

• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage a high-volume workload.

• A strong team player, eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is essential.

• Full UK driving licence required.
