A well-run Leicester care home is looking for its next Registered Manager. The current manager is moving on after a long and settled tenure, leaving behind a full home, a steady team and a good local name. This is a home where care is treated as a craft, not a line on a budget, and where the operator wants a commercially minded leader they can trust to keep it strong and take it further.

So this is not a rescue job. It's a handover. You inherit occupancy that's already there, people who already know their residents by name, and an operator who backs good managers rather than second-guessing them. Your job is to protect what's good, put your own stamp on it, and build from a position of strength.

The non-negotiables:

• You're a current or recent Registered Manager in residential elderly care, comfortable with the realities of publicly funded services
• You can show what good looks like: occupancy you've held or grown, ratings you've maintained or lifted, teams that stayed
• You lead from the floor, know your residents by name, and run a home that is both warm and genuinely well run

What's on the table:

• Up to £65,000 for a manager with a real, evidenced track record
