Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing£31ph Umbrella PAYE / £25ph PAYE + Holiday Pay
No CIS | Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee a team of trade operatives delivering responsive and day-to-day repairs across social housing properties. This is a busy, hands-on role where your main priorities will be operative productivity, quality of workmanship and efficient completion of repairs.The Role

• Day-to-day supervision of trade operatives
• Managing responsive and day-to-day repair workloads
• Driving productivity and performance across the trade team
• Monitoring job completion and outstanding works
• Inspecting works and maintaining high quality standards
• Dealing with operational issues affecting repairs delivery
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed
• Using IT systems to monitor jobs, workloads and performance
• Liaising with tenants and internal teams to ensure repairs are resolved effectively

What We're Looking For

• Trade background essential
• supervisory experience within social housing maintenance, repairs or refurbishment
• Strong responsive repairs experience
• Proven experience supervising and driving the productivity of trade operatives
• Strong understanding of workmanship and quality standards
• IT literate
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Own vehicle essential
• Must be available to start within one week
