Job description
Our client, a business based in Beaconsfield, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its team on a permanent, full-time and office-based basis. The salary is £26,000–£32,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary commission.
This is a fast-paced role focused on managing customer accounts, developing relationships and delivering a high standard of service throughout the customer journey.
The position would suit an organised, confident and target-driven individual with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Making outbound calls and speaking confidently with customers each day.
- Following up leads and maintaining an organised sales pipeline.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service.
- Keeping CRM records up to date and managing account activity accurately.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence and professionalism when communicating by telephone.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn.
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
- Customer-facing experience gained within sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or account management would be advantageous.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
