This pivotal role involves leading sales efforts across the UK and Ireland, focusing on promoting innovative technological solutions within the scientific sector. The successful candidate will operate within commuting distance to Coventry or Solihull and will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships. With a strong emphasis on mechanical fabrication or welding, the role requires a clear understanding of fabrication processes and the ability to translate technical features into compelling sales propositions. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in opening new markets in the UK for this SME's cutting-edge technology, driving growth and revenue in a competitive environment.

• Proven experience in Field Sales, preferably within mechanical fabrication or welding sectors
• Strong understanding of fabrication or welding processes and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
• Based within commuting distance to Coventry or Solihull
