Your Role as an SEN Teacher- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Create a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and wider school staff
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs to achieve their full potential
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Important Information- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification required
- Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential for all roles
- Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay
- Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks are required (full support provided)
- FREE Child Protection and Prevent Duty training available
