Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist school in King's Lynn, Norfolk, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and helping them achieve their full potential within a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

The school is looking for a resilient, adaptable practitioner with excellent behaviour management skills and a genuine desire to make a lasting impact on the educational journey of young people with additional needs.

📌 CONTRACT DETAILS

• Location - King's Lynn, Norfolk
• Position - SEN Teacher
• Type of work - Teaching students with Special Educational Needs
• Start date - ASAP
• Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
• Full time/part-time - Full-time
• Rate of pay - £165 - £215 per day (depending on experience)
• Hours - 08:30am - 15:30pm

📚 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS or equivalent)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD or complex needs
• Experience working within an SEN School, Alternative Provision, PRU or mainstream setting supporting additional needs is desirable
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)

✔️ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
• Provide two professional child-related references
