Supply SEN Teaching Assistant – Opportunities across Northamptonshire

Teach Ltd is recruiting compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs within a specialist educational settings across Northamptonshire.

The role may involve supporting pupils with:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• ADHD
• Speech and Language Needs
• SEMH
• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support
• Support EHCP targets
• Assist with behaviour regulation strategies
• Promote independence and engagement
• Work closely with teaching and therapy teams

Requirements

• Experience supporting children with SEN
• Positive and patient approach
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to safeguarding
