Senior Project Manager – M&E
Location: Castleford/Nationwide
Salary: £65,000 + BENEFITS
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Optio Resourcing is recruiting a Senior M&E Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical packages on retail and commercial projects.
The Role
- Lead M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage programme, budget, quality and health and safety
- Oversee project managers, supervisors and subcontractors
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and design teams
- Drive commissioning, testing and handover documentation
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior PM or PM in M&E
- Strong mechanical and electrical technical knowledge
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Retail or commercial fit-out experience is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
