Are you an experienced recruitment consultant ready to take ownership of a desk and help drive its growth?

Regional Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Established in 2008, we deliver award winning recruitment services across a variety of sectors. Our busy Industrial, Engineering, Construction and Professional Services desks offer opportunities to recruit across temporary, permanent and contract vacancies.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Previous recruitment experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence in business development and client management

• A sales-driven, target-focused mindset

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

• Experience managing a 360 recruitment desk

• Experience across temporary, permanent or contract recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from vacancy brief through to placement

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Take ownership of your desk, pipeline and recruitment activity

• Advertise vacancies and source candidates through multiple channels

• Interview, screen and qualify candidates

• Manage offers, negotiations and successful placements

• Conduct client meetings and site visits where required

• Support and share knowledge with colleagues

• Work towards and exceed sales and recruitment targets
