Job description
Midlands based contractor that specialise within the social housing sector are looking for a Site Manager on a permanent basis to work on a re roofing contract with one of their key housing association clients. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing a roofing contract including pitched, tiled and flat, other aspects with the contract will also involve external scaffolding to the occupied properties. As well as the daily management and coordination of subcontractors you will also be responsible for liaison with the TLO in order to schedule programme of works taking place on properties, as this is with one specific housing association you must be prepared to work the greater Midlands region which covers across from Wolverhampton to Northampton. Salary will be upto 45k+van, fuel card, laptop and mobile phone, you also must be fully computer literate and hold a CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificatesDue to the nature of works experience working on occupied social housing contracts would be a distinct advantage
