Core Group is Hiring – Experienced Site Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a client project in Burford.

Job Details:

Location: Burford
Pay Rate: £260–£280 per day
⏰ Hours: 07:30 start
Duration: Ongoing work
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• CSCS & SSSTS / SMSTS

• Proven experience as a Site Manager

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage site operations and workforce effectively

• 2 checkable references

• Available to start immediately

Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site operatives

• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times

• Monitor site progress and ensure works remain on schedule

• Liaise with the client, contractors and workforce

• Organise site activities and coordinate deliveries where required

• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure project standards are maintained

• Conduct site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks where required

• Keep site records and relevant documentation up to date

• Identify and resolve any issues that may affect progress

• Ensure the site is kept safe, clean and organised
