What’s Needed
- Previous Site Manager experience on new-build housing projects
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and build quality
Your Role
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site
- Managing subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring plots are delivered to programme
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Monitoring build quality and progress
