Project: Modular Office Build & Fit-Out

Trevett Services are working with a leading national FM provider to recruit a Site Manager for a project based in Newton Aycliffe.

The project involves the construction and fit-out of a modular office within an existing warehouse, overseeing the build through to the M&E and fabric fit-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the modular office build.

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trades.

• Manage the M&E and fabric fit-out works.

• Manage RAMS and site health & safety requirements.

• Use Procore to manage and maintain relevant site and project documentation.

• Monitor programme, quality and progress.

• Liaise with contractors, project teams and client representatives.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Site Manager experience.

• Experience delivering modular, fit-out or refurbishment projects.

• Previous Procore experience – essential.

• Good understanding of M&E and building fabric works.

• Strong subcontractor management experience.

• Good knowledge of RAMS and construction health & safety.

• SMSTS, CSCS, IOSH and First Aid preferred.
