Job description

Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil engineering and water-related works through to March 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

• Monitor progress, resources, materials and site logistics.

• Ensure compliance with RAMS, health and safety procedures and project specifications.

• Maintain site records, inspections and quality documentation.

• Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers and client representatives.

• Identify and resolve site issues, escalating where necessary.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous Site Management experience within construction, civils or water projects.

• Valid SMSTS.

• Valid CSCS card.

• First Aid qualification.

• EUSR Water Hygiene card – essential.

• Strong health and safety awareness and the ability to manage site teams effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with the relevant qualifications and water/civils experience to secure work through to March 2027.
