Job Description:

Support WorkerLocation: Sherwood NottinghamRate: £12.72 per hour Permanent | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week 12 hour shifts, working across 7 days days and nights  Weekends included in all shift patterns. 12 hour shifts consist of 7-15:19:30, 09:15-21:30 or 19:15-07:30.

About the Service - Sherwood

Sherwood supports 16 men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 whom have mental health disorders and mild intellectual disability.

The service is located on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, easily accessible by bus and tram. There is also parking at the service. The team work with the residents to maximise mental wellbeing, physical health, social functioning and improve quality of life

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties following appropriate discussion with their line manager.
