Support Worker – Disabilities & Complex Needs

We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs.

The role will include:

• Supporting individuals with day-to-day activities

• Providing personal care where required

• Supporting independence and promoting choice

• Assisting with social and community activities

• Following individual care and support plans

• Providing emotional and practical support

• Maintaining accurate notes and records

• Working alongside other care professionals

What we’re looking for:

• A caring, patient and positive approach

• Good communication skills

• Reliable and professional

• Previous care/support experience is preferred

• Relevant training and an enhanced DBS are desirable

Various shifts available, including days, nights and weekends.
