BMS Account Manager

London / South East London

£60,000-£75,000 + Commission + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced BMS Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts across London and the South East.

The role is focused on client relationships, account growth and identifying opportunities across BMS, energy and building performance services.

What you'll be doing:

* Manage and develop key client relationships
* Act as the main point of contact for your accounts
* Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts
* Lead proposals, tenders and contract renewals
* Work closely with Operations to ensure projects and service contracts are delivered properly
* Monitor SLAs, service performance and client satisfaction
* Attend client meetings and regular business reviews
* Manage your pipeline, forecasts and commercial activity

What we're looking for:

* BMS / Building Controls industry experience
* Strong account management or commercial experience
* Comfortable dealing with clients at all levels
* Good understanding of BMS, energy or building services
* Commercially minded with a strong focus on client relationships
* Full UK driving licence
