Key Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring all policies, procedures, and objectives are met.
• Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC standards, local authority requirements, and professional regulations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing and care teams.
• Help maintain safe staffing levels and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience in a senior clinical role within a care home setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care management systems.
